SEMESTA in Cricket MSSM

As every students in SEMESTA were overjoyed to finally enjoy their holiday, three of the school’s cricket stars has been selected by the Pahang Cricket Association (PCA) to become part of Pahang’s contingent in Cricket MSSM- the national stage- for the outstanding performances and abilities they have shown in previous matches and championships. These stars consists of two Form 4 students, and 1 Form 3 student. Namely, Amin Mustaqim bin A. Raman, Muhammad Daniel Hakimi bin Abdullah and Mohamad Farhan bin Mohd Najib.

To accommodate their stay, the MSSM has provided them a place to stay at Kolej Vokasional Sepang, Selangor. They were to stay and rest there for a week for the matches that they will face throughout the one-week match. Although the results were not exactly what they had hoped for, they were still satisfied for the blood, sweat, and tears that have spilled for this chance at the national stage in Malaysia.

The Pahang’s team had fought against Selangor and Melaka, foes that managed to bring the cricket team down. However, all hopes were not lost as in the loser pool, Pahang’s team have achieved the first place for Bowl, proving the tremendous potential that the team hold. Even SEMESTA’s three students lost their chance at winning the championship, they were still grateful and satisfied with the results and opportunity given.
